Terms & Conditions
Please review the following ordering, delivery and cancellation terms before placing your catering order.
Order requirements
- Bento and disposable-tray orders require a minimum of 15 guests.
- Buffet orders require a minimum of 25 guests.
- Disposable cutlery, serviettes and rubbish bags are provided.
- All prices are subject to prevailing government taxes.
- Orders must be placed at least 3 days before the event.
Changes, substitutions & cancellations
- Order changes must be submitted at least 2 days before the event. Later changes are subject to a $20 administration fee per change.
- K G Catering Pte Ltd may substitute unavailable food items with a suitable alternative without prior notice.
- Cancellations made one day before the event are charged at 50% of the invoice amount.
- Cancellations made on the event day are charged at 100% of the invoice amount.
Standard delivery charges

Dinner buffet delivery: $90 for buffet deliveries scheduled from 4:00pm onwards.
Additional delivery surcharges
- $20–$50 for catering between 8:00pm and 7:00am, regardless of guest count.
- $20 for orders delivered on the eve of a public holiday or on a public holiday.
- $50 where no parking facilities are available.
- $20–$80 for venues without lift access to the delivery level.
- Additional charges may apply for multiple delivery locations, no-lift access, offshore locations and postal codes beginning with 498, 627, 628, 629, 637, 638, 639, 718, 719 or 819.
